Mr. David Martin is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Mashwa Minerals Ltd. Born and raised in Alberta, Mr. Martin founded the company in 1988 with a clear strategic vision to develop high-quality gold and silver assets across Western Canada. Under his leadership, Mashwa Minerals has grown into a disciplined and technically driven mining enterprise, focused on operational efficiency, resource optimization, and long-term asset value creation.

An alumnus of McMaster University, Mr. Martin combines strong academic foundations with more than three decades of hands-on experience in exploration, project development, and corporate leadership within the mining sector. He is recognized for his pragmatic management approach, commitment to responsible resource development, and emphasis on building resilient operations capable of delivering sustainable returns across commodity cycles.
