Mashwa Minerals Ltd. are Pleased to Announce the Appointment of Mr. Lloyd Norman as Senior Geologist

Mashwa Minerals Ltd. are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Lloyd Norman as Senior Geologist.

Mr. Norman brings with him a wealth of qualified experience as a result of over 28 years as a geologist with nearly 20 of those years being involved with mining companies worldwide holding a Major in Geology and a Geological Sciences from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver and a Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences from the University of Waterloo.

He will be reporting directly to Dr. Trent Hanson, the Chief Geologist at Mashwa Minerals Ltd. with whom he had worked with before when they were both at Teck Resources in the early 2000s.

"Having known Lloyd for over 20 years I am privileged to now have him as part of our team. Lloyd's main focus will be in identifying all and any deposits as yet unidentified at all of our projects. Lloyd's attention to detail and his unique ability to read sonar images sets him apart from most other mainstream geologists," said Dr. Trent Hanson.

This appointment has clearly shown that Mashwa Minerals Ltd. intend to maximize their project's productivity and achieve further growth without needing to increase their project count which has become a favored option for most mining companies when available to them.

"I am delighted to be asked to perform such a pivotal role with Mashwa. With Trent as my point of contact I already know that this career move will prove to be the pivotal one and I believe my last. Mashwa's projected growth plans are quite staggering and for me to be part of them is very much an honor," explained Lloyd Norman.

The company reported that Mr. Norman' first project for inspection will be their newest one, the Delta Amacuro project in Venezuela which only opened in 2024.
